The Importance of Independent Thinking

Always resist the urge to accept conventional rhetoric without question. Instead, strive to cultivate independent thought, free from institutional pressures and the influence of partisan indoctrination. Such institutional thinking often perpetuates bigotry and encourages a culture that values trend-following over honesty, ultimately suppressing the pursuit of truth and the freedom to dissent and think differently.

Emulating Lincoln’s Integrity

Set aside mindsets that stray from the steadfast and unique integrity of Abraham Lincoln. By doing so, you will truly “Think for Yourself”. Reject the influence of some misleading HR training programs and partisan groupthinkers that are disconnected from “Objective Facts” and the authentic act of independent thinking. When we allow ourselves to be led by such conventions, we risk devaluing the principles that create integrity and goodness in our lives. Instead, let us aim for respectful individual unity, rather than succumbing to the toxic divisions fostered by “Identity groups” that only increase division and feed bigotry.

The Dangers of Modern Conformity

Today, many so-called “PC: Politically Correct” behavior courses and training – especially those propagated by certain segments of many Human Resource Departments – can distort reality and undermine the foundations of decency, fairness, kindness, and therefore justice itself… Censorship, in this context is born, thus dismissing the value of “Freedom of Speech and Thought”, resulting in behavior reminiscent of selfish immaturity, rather than mature objective intellect. When rhetoric is driven by malice and/or partisanship, true fairness and goodness are left behind.

Reflect on Our Foundational Values

How the hell did we get here in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries? – Current day Censorship is not based on the Self-Sacrificing and Honorable Principles of our Founders “Declaration of Independence” or American Core Values based on Freedom and Justice”.

The Role of the Media and Institutions

Over the past 30 years and beyond, American society has been fundamentally transformed by some in the mainstream and legacy media (clearly subjective journalists), as well as some in both public and private corporations, some in academia, and many politicians, for whom have disgraced, Objectivity, Facts and Truth. Many of these groups and individuals have demonstrated a selfish, partisan form of groupthink that disavows thoughtful and independent honest discourse. This consolidation among some important leadership organizations and individuals has dangerously advanced America’s Disgrace called: “Censorship” to this Nation and the World”, disregarding the value of objectivity, facts and truth. Such actions reflect insidious, self-serving partisanship and identity politics – that should be condemned by the public, regulatory agencies, and the judicial system as forms of negligent corruption.

Should “Stand-Up” and reform these organizations and others, such as School Boards, their self-serving Unions Leadership – sleazy one-sided political rhetoric – and so on, by way of Public Leadership and the
Ballot Box…

Politicians, Businesses, Academia, coupled with highly over-rated Celebrities so-called Values and even Families that perhaps are feeding your thoughts from their perspectives – are sometimes – good and bad.

  As a result, of such often wrong or bias thinking from our appointed social and often flawed mentors – we can thus profoundly devalue Truth, and Facts, and your individual and Factual TRUTHS. For which you should personally evaluate independently, and culture values derived from the best of humanity and thus always be steadfast in a form that Abraham Lincon fostered, from your core as a genuine, fair and decent person, rather than a toxic destructive and discordant predator in life…
 
Be Thoughtful, Balanced and Kind… It is that Simple!

Discipline yourself to Never suffer fools: (Even yourselves at times) Or clearly Bureaucrats…
  
Think for Yourselves via your own notion of our “Better Angels” in either a secular or religious context.

Thus, Goodness of our Thoughts, Actions and Safety will be infinitely more possible…
