NOTE: TWITTER appears to be soon a PRIVATELY OWNED Company, In Great Thanks to ELON MUSK… Who Believes in The Force of the Founders of this Nations sanctified notion of: “FREE SPEECH”. For which “TWITTER” was previously Bullied by Left-Wing Partisan Political Groups, and Institutions in general to Censor News… and curtail the birthright of America’s First Amendment. I do not recall, but as I remember one of our Founders said to Error was better, than to Censor Thought or Speech. If I am wrong – then I have said it…! I trust under TWITTER’s forthcoming new Management that the denying of Freedom of Thought and Speech will no longer be the case. PUBLIC OWNED Social Media companies, coupled with large corporations promoting self-serving financial values with co-related criminal countries, such as China, North Korea, Iran, and the list continues, sadly coupled with “Various White House Administrations, SOME: Politicians, Celebrities, Academia, and our current Media… However, these U.S. based companies, Individuals and Institutions all but crucify our own American Values of Freedom of Speech, and Thought, via Politically Correct – ill-advised, selfish boycotts of States, Businesses and Individuals by way of their selfish partisan politics. This form of cancer in our social-society is called: “CENSORSHIP“ – that divides and polarizes this great nation – in conjunction with other one-sided Marxists societies and individuals world-wide.

“Censorship of Thought”, was reasonably condemned in the “First Amendment” of our U.S. Constitution, thereby that freedom of Expression and Speech, was sacrosanct, (not to be judged or abridged) save, it causing flagrant harm, such as yelling “FIRE in an Auditorium, (when no Fire was present) causing immediate fraudulent harm.

The so-called Big-Tech’s are abridging the rationale of “Freedom of Speech and Thought, disavowing blatantly the U.S. Constitutional First-Amendment of our Great Nations Foundation for Goodness, and Freedom. SHAME – is all that the Big-Techs are respected for, by way of their lack of decency of this Great Countries Goals for Ethics and continued path toward greater Goodness.

I have chosen to dis-connect from all of these Big-Tech Platforms that spew one-sided Marxists opinion’s and disrespect America’s Freedom of Speech.

NOTE: Social Media Companies, and their software application is not the problem – save their bias algorithms, of course. Which are administrated by bias individuals. As for me it appears criminally corrupt, as well as morally… To wit: These Big-Tech Companies operate without regulation, and thus can be partial and un-fair or inequitable, to all free thought…, Which is NOT What this Nation was Established For… These new generation companies have the unrequited Freedom, do adopt personal and political positions that are to their advantage, regardless of Right, Wrong, or Equality… This is contrary to our U.S. Constitution, to our Nations Moral and Legal Dispositions of Law and Simple Common Sense.

BUT many of our American Corporations CERTAINLY DO NOT Define: Censorship or Our Corporate American Co-Conspirators of whom support SLAVE LABOR COUNTRIES, such as CHINA with themselves? To name a few (Nike, and Apple). I will no longer buy their products, as they care for the almighty dollar and market share, not decency, humanity or the FREEDOM this country gave them…

It appears to be Shameful; born of self-serving financial greed and Power excesses… to the point of becoming criminal and quasi-treasonous to our U.S. Constitutions Intent. Thus, breaking our American Values based on Checks and Balances.

I believe sadly a paltry – yet overbearing criminal colluded set of weakly American managed enterprises of wealth, exceptionally wealthy billionaire’s and some-level of union selfishness – in my opinion- have firmly destructively impaled upon our Untied States beliefs of

Freedom and Liberty…

I Believe and Fear the Hallmarks of this Great and Foremost Freedom Based Nation are Recklessly being dismantled by our own current ill-managed government, who echo Bi-Partisanship in Rhetoric, but deny engaging it – with genuine or thoughtful actions…

We continually forget and ignore with partisan self-centered ignorance, the current Cancer that is being injected by self-serving Corporation’s and Political Partisans.

However, do these self-righteous companies, Politicians and the Wealthy – equally hold China accountable, or Iran and so forth, via Twitter, or other Social Media with similar un-regulated guidelines? Not in your wildest dreams are they doing so. Or other unconscionable countries subject to the guidelines they hypocritically challenge and enforce upon American Companies, and Individuals?

To Repeat the ANSWER IS once again, Never are these Censorship Organizations – fairly abridged by our beautiful U.S. Constitutional Law…

Many of America’s Corporations now rule and manage by Hypocrisy to gain greater control over their competitors and benefit the few over the many.

The U.S. Supreme Court I hope will curtail this imbalance and bring Liberty, Freedom and Fairness, back into the Fold of
American Corporate and Personal Life, as it wisely muzzles “Censorship” in the immediate near future…

Unequivocally, much of so-called “Big-Tech” is totally out of control, and on the clear road to criminal discourse to enhance themselves, in my opinion, based on decent American U.S. Constitutional First and Fourteenth Amendment values, coupled with anti-trust violations that are being flagrantly ignored.

If this is not soon rectified – I fear America will become, not a country of “Checks and Balances”, but a Totalitarian Loss to Histories Greatest Historic Decent Countries…

And a mere simple relic of goodness gone bad.

According to news accounts: Twitter is now closing thousands of American Twitter (So-called Free Speech) accounts – which is so ironically how it articulated and justified its own beginnings. But do IRAN, which rants about “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” treated with the same such draconian behaviors? Simply No. Hypocrisy in our great nation is blooming, so happily for both the far left, and even the far right Organizations and Corporations…

This by definition is civilly and criminally hypocritical in purity.  Twitter especially, along with other corporations are now establishing Political Oligarchies, and Totalitarian Regimes; Usurping our own U.S. Constitution’s 1st Amendment and the true equality of the American People. They are eroding our “Democratic-Republic”, and replacing it with their Political Opinion and Subjective Based self-serving Criminal-Enterprise of Freedom of Thought, based less on Facts, but more implicitly upon personal objective and self-centered goals. Their ruse of a legitimate process disregards all other opinions and facts, subjective or not. This soundly in my view violates legal guidelines of our U.S. Constitutions additional 14th amendment
“Equal Protection Clause.”

It clearly appears to me that many of our Political Leaders of our current times are disgracing the United States Constitution and the Common Sense of Everyday Americans…

Al Capon, would be so Proud; of what these business leaders are currently getting away with, under the guise of “Cancel Culture” as pseudo moral imperatives – to defy basic decency and
True Equality of Definition and Law.”

All of these new founded terms: PC, Woke, etcetera – are of the most monumental disgrace to Freedom, Liberty and Equality…

Devoid of the premise of Freedom of Speech or the Primary tenants of our U.S. Constitution.  Ironically, Twitter used the notion of Freedom of Speech as its premise to be launched. What a leadership of Charlatans, these social media companies have become. Is it not firmly more apparent – that such corporations are corrupting and dismantling Freedom of Thought? The very cornerstones of the “Battle Ground of Ideas” that this country was founded upon, and what our educational systems are respectfully and firmly based upon via the Constitutional “First Amendment…”

Their goal appears to be to establish “one-sided thought”, “one-sided speech”, hence Totalitarian Control, of our Democratic-Republic. A First Class – Even Treasonous – Disgrace against FREEDOM…

Our Great Country began based upon Freedom, upon Liberty, albeit it has taken centuries to live up to those fundamental goals and thus True Equal Fairness of “Freedom of Thought” and the Kind Natures Side of “Freedom of Liberty”.  However today, given these large self-serving unregulated corporations of our times – we are now “Diminished as a Nation of Fundamental Liberty and Freedoms Values.” Firmly Unabashedly by the Elitists. It is a Disgrace to the Founders of this Great Nation… And a Disgrace to the current Billionaire Class who think they should rule the values and thoughts of this Free Countries Individuals Thoughts and Values…

Such Corporations and other organizations have expunged Freedom of Expression and Thought, to meet their own Financial and Personal objectives, which are a harbinger of the evil that former criminal human exterminators in history have engaged in, that many will tragically remember personally – and can only sadly imagine otherwise from a review of History.

Note: These companies such as a “Twitter” are tacitly or consciously colluding with other Woke self-serving corporate and organizational groups that are weak minded, and theorizing that they have the market-place on “Facts”. That is a fallacy of a monumental gross disgrace to the notion of “Truth” and the U.S. 1st Amendment. One persons “Facts” are often another persons “Fiction”. Thus, adjudication, reason and common sense are the final arbiters, not some momentary personal juvenile far-leftist, or far-rightest corporate or organizational bias; should never be considered to replace fair “Common Sense” and vital “United States Jurisprudence”.

IN MY OPINION I BELIEVE – NO ONE SHOULD BE SUPPORTING OR PARTY TO SUCH CORPORATE CORRUPT OR OTHERWISE SELF-SERVING WEALTHY AND BILLIONARE ORGANIZATIONS,

“THAT TELL ME WHAT TO THINK…”

AND EQUALLY EXCUSE THEIR WEALTHY CORPORATE ONE-SIDED THOUGHT AS SACROSANCT.

This has become a Disgrace within America, as our Big-Tech and Wealthy are attempting to Control and Define “Freedom and Liberty”.

Can you not see how all of this rhetoric is so selfishly criminal and ludicrous..?

We are becoming mere victims of the Beauty of Truth – dismantled today by these self-indulged political ingrates and self-centered pseudo-intellectual thief’s and fools, rather than the Free advocates of Truth. Politicians, believers in Partisanship, Corporations and other Organizations without oversite by way of our U.S Constitution are tragic subjective criminal arbitrators of political rhetoric by self-serving companies/organizations without the FCC, the PUC’s and other regulatory legal bodies, upholding anti-trust laws such as the DOJ bringing self-serving individuals and companies to task for their hypocrisy and violations of our U.S. Constitution’s most basic Freedoms of Thought whether correct or incorrect, by the means of fair and equal intellectual discourse, rather than the vile blatant censorship being vividly indulged in by some of them today, such as our “Big-Tech” companies, Partisan Politicians, and the clear and vivid liberal illogical media – first and foremost – who would disembowel our Governmental “Checks and Balances” of a Fair Government which is clearly objected to by our humanities basic notions of goodness and right, Clearly these perpetrators are firmly contributing to Obstruction of Justice and violating our 1st Amendment of our U.S. Constitution and the intent of its subsequent amendments, in conjunction with our Bill of Rights.

Shame on Those that would promote such Selfish Un-American and Globally In-Humane Agenda’s; that if successful would turn our Great and once Free Country, that once clearly valued the Educational “Battle-Ground of Ideas” as Fundamental to Freedom of Thought and Speech into a Totalitarian Oligarchy for its own evil self-serving and partisan-political dispositions.

Freedom of Thought and Speech, are being assaulted, via the means of “Singular Belief Systems” by Marxist, Totalitarian Individuals and Institutions, that our United States Supreme Court Should put a Final End to…

I certainly wish the Executive and Legislative Branches of Government would live up to this Essential Fundamental of True Liberty and Freedom, but I worry that it is so self-servingly crippled by Partisanship, that they will possibly saddly fail us all…
